Dr. Thomas Maraffa was recently invited by the Columbiana County Office of Economic Development to undertake a study of Ohio’s Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Program. The City of Columbiana has an especially active CRA program and Dr. Maraffa put a special emphasis on comparing and contrasting the Columbiana City CRA with others in the region and across the state. He also reviewed the impact the CRA has likely had on the Columbiana Exempted Village School District.
