In order to give a chance at representation for each type of community, in each area of our county, and to involve organizations involved in each of the three identified focus areas of the grant, our plan is to have a 12-member advisory committee.

That committee would be made up of the following:

3 representatives (1 from each) from the cities in the county.
3 representatives from towns and villages in the county.
2 representatives from organizations largely involved in Downtown Revitalization.
2 representatives from organizations largely involved in Workforce Development.
2 representatives from organizations largely involved in Health.
